How are the artworks made?
We offer our works on different state-of-the-art materials: as a fine art print, a canvas print, a print on aluminum with UV-protective film or a print on dibond with acrylic glass. We selected for each individual artwork which materials suit best, in order to have the most superb outcome. All our artworks are produced by specialists at a local photo laboratory.

We accept payments through PayPal, Visa and MasterCard.

I ordered an artwork, but I haven’t heard from you?
Shortly after your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive this email, please check if it’s in your ‘spam’ filter. Otherwise please contact us!
Shipment

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship our artworks worldwide.

What are the shipping costs?
Depended on the country of destination and size/weight of the items the shipping costs are calculated at the ‘shopping cart’ part of the transaction. Every item is sent via DPD, DHL or Fedex. When you order several works, the shipping costs will adapt to the largest work included / Shipping charge is per item, regardless of how many items ordered.

How are they shipped?
We wrap our artworks as safe as possible with bubble wrap and carton. The artworks are shipped via our courier in the Netherlands within 10 working days, but it is often quicker.

How long will it take before I receive my artwork?
It depends on the country you live in. Please check the ‘delivery’ part of this website with an overview of dispatch times. (of ander hier kolom met verzendtijden per landengroep)

Do I have to pay duty charges?
Customers outside the EU may be liable for duty charges levied in their own country. You are responsible for any duty owed.
Return policy

Can I return an artwork?
You can withdraw from your order without any reason, or by returning work(s) acquired within two weeks of arrival for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. The return option is limited to 2 pieces of artwork quarterly per customer.
If you return the works in damaged condition, you will be required to provide compensation of equivalent worth. Regarding mounting any scratches, spots and breaks have to be considered a total loss. For the sake of protection, goods should only be returned in the original packaging they were sent in, using all the protective materials.
In the case of incorrect delivery, Room9 covers shipping and insurance, in all other cases the customer assumes these costs.
